Objective of the Employment Service of Fundación Manantial:

We find ourselves in a social context where there is still a need to move towards an Inclusive Social System in Mental Health. Employment emerges as an essential tool in this process of change. In addition, it is essential in the recovery of people with mental health disorders. Therefore, we are committed to facilitating the Labour Market Inclusion of the people we serve to improve their health and contribute to a more amiable and inclusive social system.

How do we achieve that?

We improve the candidates’ employability profiles and make them more competitive in the labour market. This is achieved through rehabilitation processes, career preparation, and specialised training.

We create employment in protected sectors, preparing jobseekers to become integrated into the ordinary employment sector. We also offer counselling to companies in the ordinary sector to evolve towards inclusion of individuals with mental health conditions.
