Seal of Solidarity.
We honour the companies and organisations that facilitate labour market inclusion and hire the services of our Special Employment Centre, Manantial Integra. We also recognise the entities that recruit people from the Vocational Rehabilitation Centres managed by Manantial for the autonomous community of Madrid and have made it possible to create over 400 jobs through the Incorporate Programme of the “La Caixa” Foundation.
More than fifty companies have been awarded our seal of solidarity in recognition of the impact of their social responsibility policies to promote labour market integration in ordinary and protected employment sectors.
Knowledge creation from within
At Fundación Manantial, we also reward the work of our collaborators. We have built a culture that values the creation of knowledge, collaboration, and opportunities to contribute this knowledge towards continuous learning and the professional and personal development of the members of the organisation.
Continuous learning and reflection are part of our values and daily practice, as they are based on our ethical commitment and primary objective: to provide the best possible care to people with mental health conditions who use our centres, programmes and services.
To this end, we work with teams of professionals dedicated to updated and advanced theoretical and methodological training, research and organisation of sessions and technical seminars that allow us to develop new learning strategies and professional development tools.
Training our team. Making improvements in the care of people with mental illness depends, to a large extent, on the attitude and training of the professional caregivers. Therefore, at Fundación Manantial, we are committed to continuous internal training to meet the technical needs identified by our professionals.
We are equipped with a team of expert trainers who skilfully guide the professional development of our human resources.
